Students get ready for college tests
Preparing for the college placement test and choosing the right college remain among the most important decisions for some juniors and seniors. “The higher your SAT score, the better school you attend,” said Michael Yother, who is a senior and has been taking SAT prep courses, which meet once a week, since last year. Yother, 18, spends about five hours a week in preparation for the March 10 test.
“It’s a big test,” Yother said. “Everybody is usually nervous about it.”
